Problem: Creating and deactivating user accounts for new and departing employees across ~100 locations was a manual, error-prone process – permission groups, software licenses, and notifications had to be assembled by hand every time. Solution: A fully automated flow that recognizes the right user account on a new request, assigns location- and role-based permission groups, grants software licenses based on configured role logic, and sends welcome/completion emails. Includes an admin dashboard for managing rules, groups, and a searchable audit log. Result: Standard cases now run through with zero manual intervention, cutting processing time per case significantly.
